Shipping policy
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
All orders are processed within 2-4 days of receiving your order and shipped via UPS or Purolator. Sometimes we use Canada Post when necessary but mostly avoid due to lack of reliability.
We offer three flat rate shipping options; $16 across Canada, $12 within Nova Scotia. FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $70. SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We ship from Canada to the United States using reliable carriers. To make things simple:
Flat Rate Shipping:
Standard (5-8 business days): $20 USD
Express (2-4 business days): $24 USD
Duties & Import Fees: All shipping rates for U.S. orders include duties, tariffs, and import fees. This means you'll never be charged extra at delivery - no surprise costs.
Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-4 days
Tracking: Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
We currently ship across Canada and to mainland United States.
LOCAL DELIVERY
It is our future plan to offer a flat rate local delivery fee within the Annapolis Valley and within the HRM (based on postal code) to provide a cost effective option. We are all about helping you save shipping costs, especially these days. Please stay tuned! In the meantime, do not hesitate to email us BEFORE you place your online order to see if we will be travelling or attending a market near you for a possible drop off/ pick-up of your order. We absolutely LOVE to do this when possible because we get to meet you!
FREE LOCAL PICK-UP
We are thrilled to offer FREE LOCAL PICK-UP at our home studio address, 81 Mee Road, Kentville NS. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation that it is ready for pick up. Your order will be placed in a box or cooler (if it is hot outside) on our front porch. Your order will have your name on it!
